We live in a waterfront condo on Redondo Beach.
All main living areas overlook the puget sound! It's a large 2bed, 2bath and you would have one bathroom mostly to yourself!
We live across the street from the boardwalk, park and a restaurant/bar.
Our condo has a private pool, and we enjoy kayaking, fishing, running the boardwalk, etc at the beach.
The area is well known for scuba diving as well!
We are located close to the freeway, and an equal distance from all major cities (Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma.)
We are minutes from Highline Community College and Green River Community College. It is a very central area for riding the bus or the sounder.
You would potentially be staying with my fiancé and I, and our dog Luca.
My fiancé works for an IT company, and I am a recruiter for a financial firm.
Luca is a pure bred Wheaton Terrier, she's hypo-allergenic and doesn't shed or bark often. Shes been through puppy training, and learned some cool tricks and is super friendly.
We enjoy taking her on hikes & trails around the Northwest & we'd love to have you join! We love combing the beach, watching movies, working out, cooking and being adventurous! We are excited to learn about other cultures and introduce you to our area!

About the Area
Our condo is located on Redondo Beach, centrally located between all major cities (Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma.) We live across the street from a restaurant, park and the boardwalk. We are within walking distance of a grocery store, gym, and several restaurants. We are minutes from Highline Community College and Greenriver Community College. We are located close to the freeway, the bus transit center and the Sounder, so it should be very easy to get around without a car!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
