About the Homestay
This is a private room that has two beds that can hold up to three people. One bed is a full size, and the other is a twin. There is air conditioning available for this room, as well as, heat. There is a dresser and closet to hang up clothes. There is also internet access available for this room. Please note that the kitchen and bathroom are a shared space with the host. Additionally, the private room comes with its own lock and key. Please make sure to read the house rules before booking to ensure that this is a good fit for you.

About the Area
My home is located on a lovely well lighted street in Dorchester, MA. It is about 15-20 minutes away from the local Red line and Orange Line train station. The nearest bus stop is located own the street from home, and the nearest purple line commuter rail station with direct access to South Stating is located on the next street. We are also 30 minutes away via care/train from Downtown, Boston. My home is also down the street from a local Walgreen's(pharmacy), and 10 minutes away from a local supermarket (Star Market). 5-10 minutes away from the local police station and fire station. All the streets are well lighted and safe for evening travel. We are also accessible via Uber and Lyft. There is also street parking on my street on either side of the road. Please note that months of April 30-November 30 street cleaning is in effect. Please read posted signs regarding times and date of street cleaning. We are not responsible if your car is ticketed or towed.

* Quiet hours are from 12 am-6 am (Weekdays M-F), and 1 am- 6 am (Sat-Sun). Please be mindful when coming in the home late. No loud music or talking.
*If any items or damaged please contact host immediately. Please note that guest will be subject additional fees for any items: lost, stolen, or broken.
*No shoes in the home. Please take shoes off before entering into apartment, and either leave them on the stairs or carry them into you room. No exceptions.
*Absolutely no additional guest or overnight guest without host prior approval. Please note that their will be an additional $25.00 charge for additional guest.
*Absolutely no pets, including service animals.
*Please clean up after yourself and your guest in all shared spaces (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony).
* Kitchen Hours: 6 am-10 pm. Please refrain from cooking on the stove after hours. You may use guest microwave to heat up food. If you know that you will be out for the night, please plan accordingly with meal prepping ahead of time.
*Please do not eat or drink any items not provided for guest.
*Please only use designated guest items: kitchen (guest plates, cups, silverware, and cookware) located in guest cabinet. Please do not use any other items that are not labeled for guest.
* There will be a guest shelf provided in the refrigerator. Please only use the designated space for food storage. Please plan your food planning accordingly. Please do not eat or use any items other than your own in the fridge.
* Please no smoking in the home. Please smoke outside of house, and not on the balcony.
*Please do not enter off limit areas(personal bedroom, second floor, other parts of the home, and living room)
*Be courteous and respectful of host and her home at all times.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
