Large family home in the country with goats, sheep, and chickens.
Our family lives in a new, 4-bedroom, three bath, and three-story house on five acres just outside of Duvall, Washington. Our house has a chef's dream of a kitchen and opens to a peaceful eating area on the deck. Downstairs, we have an entertainment area for playing X-Box, Wii, or watching movies.
We live a mile from Lake Margaret, which has a flat one-mile walking road, and Cherry Valley Falls, which has great, wide trails to explore. Our house backs up to thousands of forestry acres and trails.
The small town of Duvall has many interesting antique shops, quaint cafes and restaurants, and parks, and sits along the Snoqualmie River.
Our animals love visitors and will greet our guests with talk. Their curious nature will bring them running to see who has arrived.

About the Area
Away from the city
Our house is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood where our closest neighbors are acres away. However, a quick drive to town will get you coffee, groceries, gas, shopping, etc. If you prefer not to see the city, you can strike out on a hike to Lake Margaret, the Snoqualmie River, or Cherry Valley Falls. Cherry Valley Road is known for bike races.

House Rules
Please keep our home secure and set the alarm when leaving. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 P.M., as we have an 8-year old son. Please make yourself at home, but keep our house clean and tidy. Please do not invite strangers into the house. If you want to have friends over, we can work something out.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
