This is a beautiful spacious and comfortable 2500 sq ft suite apartment in East Orange, NJ with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, each guest has the luxury of enjoying their private bedroom space and private bathroom, while sharing the beautiful common areas of the kitchen, dining room, living room and study/office with other guest. This suite is on the 6th floor of an elevator building where there is a laundry that you must pay for!

Our building is located in a great neighborhood that is quiet and safe. We are 5Min Walk to NJ Transit (Brick Church Stop) 25Mins to NYC (Penn Station), 10Mins from Bloomfield College & Seton Hall University. Location is 2Mins to Shoprite Supermarket, 1Min to Walgreens, 12-15Mins to Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, 5Mins to East Orange General Hospital, 4Mins to Watsessing Park/Colgate Park, 10Mins to AMC Dine-In Essex Green Movie Theater, 11-Mins Kearny Commons Shopping Mall, 20Mins to Newark Airport

-This location is a private room with private bathroom and common areas.(Not the entire house privately)
-All guest who will be preparing meals must buy their own groceries.
-Check in is 3pm

-Street parking is free across the street from the building(please read street signs)
-NO CLEANING FEE (Please clean up after yourself)
-No SMOKING in the room, apartment or building!
-No Candles or Incenses at all
-No PARTIES at all

-All guest must be announced
-No guest to stay the night (Unless you book for 2 people).
-You can not receive mail or packages here!
-For lost or taken key there will be a $75 fee for changing the lock
-Price for (2) include one full size bed in room #1 and one queen size bed in room #2
-Please do not flush paper towels, baby wipes or sanitary pads down the toilet, please dispose into the trash can in the bathroom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
