Our family lives in a 4 bedroom house with a panoramic view of the San Francisco and Marin skyline. We are a family of three with our teenage daughter and a cat named, Nom Nom. We are conveniently located near public transportation and a short ride to popular shopping stops and restaurants.
Our house is a ranch style with two levels: a kitchen and dining room joined with a living room and three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs: a spacious private bedroom with a half Bath with a sweeping view of the San Francisco Bay adjoining our family room equipped with a large screen TV, Piano and library.

About the Area
Our house is located in the "El Cerrito" Hills which translates to the "Little Hill", reflecting the spectacular views many homeowners possess. Our El Cerrito neighborhhood consisted primarily of orange and lemon orchards and 19th century suburban development.
We are 20 minutes from San Francisco and a 45 minute train ride to the airport. The bus stop is only 5 minutes walk from the house and a 15 minutes walk to the BART station (Bay Area Rapid Transit) train.

-Please keep our house secure and double -lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
-Keep noise to a minimum after 11:00pm please
-Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after. Do not use the stove unless we are present
-Please let us know the night before if you are skipping breakfast
-When entering or leaving the house, please remember to shut off all the lights
-Please remember to shut the refrigerator door tight before you leave the kitchen
-Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend just ask me in advance

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
