The room is in a single family home in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Conveniently located close to BWI airport (10 mins), Baltimore Inner Harbor (20 mins), Annapolis (20 mins) and DC (45 mins). Located about a 1/2 mile from the light rail, bus route, restaurants, malls and entertainment. Uber and Lyft are also available in our area.
Complimentary snacks (items vary), coffee, tea, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Wifi included.
Self check in available after 8pm with door code. Please inquire first.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Breaking any of the House Rules can result in additional fees of up to $200 or more and possible immediate cancellation without refund of the reservation, depending on the severity of the House Rule broken. These rules are put into place to protect the hosts property and others sharing the home (upstairs). Any damages or theft will be claimed against the booking guests security deposit.
- Two guests maximum per reservation.
- We do not accept third party bookings, unless it is by a business account for an employee.
- Must provide first and last name of all guests, clear selfie and a verified govt issued ID prior to check in.
- No unauthorized guests or visitors.
- Children must be age 8 and up and be accompanied by an adult (18+) on the reservation at all times.
- Check Out is 10am firm ($25 late checkout fee per 15 minutes after 10am. This fee does not extend your reservation).
- No early checkins or late checkouts.
- No smoking/vaping, candle or incense burning (asthmatic on the property).
- No animals (a very animal aggressive dog lives and occupants have severe allergies to many kinds of animals).
- No drugs or any other illegal activity.
- No parties/excessive drinking.
- No mail/package deliveries.
- No early luggage drop off or storage of items after check out.
- Quiet hours between 8pm-8am.
- Must keep all areas clean (additional cleaning fee may apply for any cleaning needed above a general clean).
- One on-street parking space permitted during your stay, per availability. One car per reservation. Do not park in or block driveways. Our home does not have a driveway.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
