My name is C Madison, I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, my neighborhood is very safe. The room is rented only for ONE PERSON a second person or a guest will not be permitted to stay in the same room OR APARTMENT. The room is very comfortable and it will be furnish with the necessary furniture, the green room is facing New York City. I am fluent in Spanish. I am located in the main center of the city where there is lots of restaurants, bars and stores with minutes walk from my apartment. McDonald is open 24 hours and a supermarket closed at 10:00 PM. My Building has a doorman and a Laundry room, parking is on the street, a parking garage is run by the city. Also, the W Hotel is 2 minutes walk from my apartment. The Green Room will be available DECEMBER 6- MAY 2026 or less for schools days. This is a great location for any students that would like to attend Steven's Institute of Technology, Saint's Peter's Prep, Pace University or any university in Manhattan, as well to study English. I am looking forward meeting you and we also hope that you stay will be pleasant. YOU MUST BE 18 YRS. OR OLDER. NOTE: Room is remodeling at the moment. Kitchen might not be available.

About the Area
My apartment is located in downtown side of the city facing the Empire State Building by the Hudson River. Minutes to Midtown Manhattan (20 minutes by train) 10 minutes to Wall Street, 5 minutes walk to the Path Train that will take you to Pace University, New York University. Newark International Airport 40 minutes or less. The Bus stop to 42nd St. NYC only 2 minutes walk from my apartment and it will take 30 minutes by bus depending of the traffic via Lincoln Tunnel. I live in a safe city, full of professionals and mostly white upper & middle class people from all over the states and Ivy league Schools. Steven Institute is 2 minutes walk from my apartment or Saint's Peters Prep with the light rail.

House Rules
The green bedroom is only for one person, you need to be organized and clean. No loud music or noise after late hours, my floor is very quiet, No smoking at anytime, if you do smoke there is the park in the neighborhood.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
