We have two bedrooms available. One with queen bed and the bathroom is INSIDE, the room, # 2, queen bed, the bathroom is OUTSIDE(private), You will also have access to kitchen, family room, living room and private pool on our enclosed patio.

Terra Verde Resort was purpose built as a vacation resort community with a mix of townhomes and individual villas surrounding a centrally located clubhouse. It is a gated community, so the facilities are exclusive to guests staying at the resort as well as permanent residents.
You can relax on the comfortable loungers surrounding the large deck area by the Clubhouse pool, or take a dip in the large resort pool. If you need to unwind, why not try the hot-tub, which has a wonderful water feature running down into the pool from it.
Inside Terra Verde's clubhouse you can relax in the lounge area while the kids play on the arcade games or billiard and hockey tables. There is a business center with internet computers and printing facility.
Across the hall is the fitness suite with all the popular equipment to keep fit with. If you feel like a bit of exercise in the fresh air, Terra Verde has a half court basketball hoop and a beach volleyball court. The latest addition to Terra Verde Resort is a tennis court.
Next to this is the 'tot-lot' and children's play area, with swings, climbing frame and 'rock' for older kids. If this isn't enough, Terra Verde has it's own lake - beautifully serene and tranquil you can walk or jog around it and over the wooden bridge, or why not try a spot of fishing? Terra Verde Lake is stocked with a variety of fish and is a magnet for local wildlife.

Nos alojamos en una habitación en la casa del Sr. Jeff y la Sra. Francia durante 13 días, del 11 al 27 de diciembre. Fue maravilloso, nos sentimos como en casa, el condominio es muy lindo, la habitacion fue perfecta, con smart TV, internet... todos fueron muy amables y muy acogedores. Pasamos una Nochebuena especial con ellos y los simpáticos hermanos de Francia (Astrid y Alex). Lo divertido Gucci y la graciosa Harmonia (sus mascotas) también nos hicieron compañía. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad Jeff y Francia, gracias por todo. Se lo recomiendo a todo el que quiera visitar la región de Orlando.

It was a pleasure to stay with Jeff & Francia. I stayed for over a month instead of the planned two weeks. The location is very good, closed to most of attractions and parks, shops and malls. Home is very clean and comfortable. And Jeff & Francia are really good hosts, very sociable and polite. Also I tasted Jeff's famous hamburgers, it was delicious. Thank you for hosting me.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
