Hi, my name is Nancy & Jayson and we have a beautiful home very close to Disney, Sea World, and Universal. We have been hosting since 2014 and have had great experiences. My house is very warming and welcoming for people. We live in a nice neighborhood, quiet, peaceful and safe.

Very close to major shopping centers and bus stop. Safe and close to Disney World. Major rode ways to Orlando and Kissimmee.

The owners, Nancy and Jayson, are great great persons ! They are very accommodating and easy going ! they make you feel like you are a member of the family ! They made my stay much more enjoyable than i expected, and i will returned without a doubt, next year, when i'll be back in town !

Nancy is the greatest host I’ve ever had. I stayed there for couple of months and I feel I got lucky to find a room there. If you’re looking for a place you can call home, choose Nancy’s and you won’t regret it. During my stay I felt that I am part of the family. I got the space and respect that I expected and if I am coming back again I would definitely stay at her house. Thank you Nancy, I am glad that I chose your house.

It is a beautiful family, and they make you feel as if you were in your own home. The kitchen is large and comfortable to use; the house is always kept very clean, and the room is comfortable. It has everything you need to study and work from home, the internet is fast, the neighborhood is in a safe and welcoming area and everything is very close.
I 100% recommend staying at Nancy's.June 2021

My trip was cancelled for this week, but I we had a nice phone conversation with the hostess and hope to visit next week. Also they offered to meet me in the airport and I agreed because it makes the whole trip look better.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
