For Just $55 day - 2013 Chevrolet Camaro SS (seats 2 comfortably)
Only $45 day - 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude (seats 4 comfortably)
Vehicles are booked solely through the RELAY RIDES website and are independent of any Homestay booking.
Additional fees, waivers apply.
Pricing is approximate and subject to be changed during peak periods. Auto Insurance and roadside assistance through relay rides is automatically provided for each of my RELAY RIDES bookings.
*Vehicle DELIVERY or PICK-UP from McCarran Airpt may be pre-arranged for a fee.

Check-in Policies
In order to accommodate each guest fairly, I follow average hotel check in/out times as follows:
*Check-in begins anytime after 3 pm the day of your arrival,
please inquire if you need an exception and we will do our best to accommodate.
*Check out before 12 noon the day of your departure, please confirm.
Guest is hereby made aware that video security monitoring system may be used in entry way/common area (only) of the home for safety purposes
Non-Smoking within 15 feet of home
Drugs, prostitution and "Nudist Lifestyle" ARE NOT allowed on premises of this property
Do not share gate code/key with anyone who is not incl. on reservation
Guests are limited to those on the reservation, only.
Please tidy up after use of common area, kitchen and kitchen equipment
Please be advised, this is a family home with children and small pets.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
