We live in a quiet cul-de-sac only 7 miles from Laguna Beach. Our house has a big 400 sq. ft. add-on which is completely private (only shares a wall with our house). The room includes 2 futons/beds that can both be used as full sized beds or leave one as a couch. We have pillows and full comfy bedding for both. There is also a T.V. (netflix,sling,hulu) , table, full sized refrigerator, kurig coffee maker, and AC. You would have full access to our kitchen and front bathroom, which is inside our house. We live on a very unique large piece of land with a pool, fire pit, and deck up on a hill. Plenty of space for you to relax and have privacy! We are a very active couple with three young kids. We are very close to shopping, restaurants, hiking, bike trails, and beaches.

About the Area
Our house is located 7 miles from Laguna Beach and only a few miles from Laguna Coast Wilderness Park with lots of great hiking. Bikes are available if you'd like to ride to The Irvine Spectrum shopping center with great restaurants, shops, and movie theater. Newport Beach and Huntington Beach are less than 30 minutes away. There are bus stops within our neighborhood and a train station 5 miles away if you want to head to L.A. or San Diego. Disneyland is also only a 30 minute drive.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
