We live in a very nice, quiet and safe home in Laguna Niguel, just 3 miles from the ocean. Pam is a Teacher and Professional Tutor, she has 2 Certified California Teaching Credentials for English and Teaching Reading. She also has a Masters Degree, in Special Education. Your HomeStay with us includes 10 hours per week of one-on-one English instruction from Beginner to Advanced levels. This is included in the price without any extra charge. We have professional curriculum for each level. In our home we have 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an out door patio, spa and BBQ. We enjoy a very large kitchen and family room. Very comfortable and relaxing. We do not have any pets. Our 3 children have all graduated from Universities and have their own homes nearby. We have hosted many international students and visitors in the past. There is no smoking inside our home. We enjoy BBQ, cooking, baking and enjoying the beautiful scenery and climate here in Orange County, CA. We live 60 miles south of Los Angeles and 60 miles North of San Diego. We have a trail that goes from our house directly to the beach.

Our home is in a very nice area, Orange County, with beautiful beaches and beach communities, like Laguna Beach (just 7 miles) and the Dana Point Harbor (4 miles). There is a hiking trail from our home that goes right down to the ocean.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
