Hello,
I am a marriage and family therapist working for a well known county contracted mental health agency. I have raised three successful children who live independently. I have more than 15 years of experience in working with students of all ages and their families providing support and education to help them become independent and successful adults!
I am a very organized, social, fully acculturated Middle Eastern professional who would love to host international students from culturally diverse back ground to share my experiences as an once international student myself.
I have a beautiful, peaceful, warm, and friendly home with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and offer many amenities as a home owner in my community in Laguna Niguel. I am only 7 minutes from the most beautiful beaches, Laguna Beach, and only 3.8 mills from Saddleback College with all the shopping, restaurant, and bus stop whitin 5 minutes of walking.

House Rules
Everyone should respect each other's privacy and be respectful toward each other's space. No over night sleep guest allowed, cleanliness is very important and host would provide bi monthly house cleaning. Each room has its own TV and are fully furnished .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
