I don't recommend his homestay, especially those who think of Living room.
This is a SHARE room; you have to sleep with him in the same room. Your bed is an Air mat.
In addition of it, water was out of order. So I couldn't take a shower in couple days.
He's always watching TV and the sound is loud. I asked him to turn down the volume, he said to me "Ok, so you turn off the light. I don't like it" I couldn't see anything at 9:00 pm.
I couldn't put up with, so I went out his home in the middle. No Host Refund.

The kid who came here from Japan was an ice young man, he didn't understand English all the well, I cooked him dinner his first night, took him to the store, walked with him to the free shuttles to the strip, even gave him a upgrade room, he only paid for a shared couch room, he got a room and own bathroom for 3 nights, so he got spoiled, those rooms go for 3 times what he paid, on the 17th I was notified by security there was water running off my balcony, 2nd floor, so I Immediately called my contractor and he said it was probably the water heater on my balcony, so I went and bought one right away, and had it delivered, after installing it all day, getting wet in cold weather, he came in from driving race cars at the LV speedway, and wanted to turn on the electricity, I told him no we are work ing on installing the water heater, and it could kill someone if they touched the wire, so it was off and the water was off as well, my neighbor below had to replace their ceiling from all the water damage, so that night I got an instant booking I didn't know about, so I slept on the floor and gave it to the client, now the 18th is my birthday, so the next day, it still leakin, they found a leak in the pipes inside the wall, so I told him go out and hopefully you can come back and we have electricity and hot water, he said I need a shower, I explained the whole building was shout off, no one in the building could turn on water until the plumber came and fixed it, late afternoon, now it's my birthday and I slept on the floor the night before, so he asks can he have the room again, I said no, I was sleeping in the room on my birthday, he got real flustered, like he deserved it, he didn't pay for it and I gave it to him for 3 nights anyway, he just got spoiled, he never Sid he was leaving, and he took the key to the condo, no key return, no refund, but that night the hot water was on and when I told him no, he just got mad, ask me to turn down the TV, ok...its early evening, I ask him to turn off the light, he was on his phone and it was lit...but he was rude, and I was going to let him sleep a few more night in the room, but not on my birthday, and the room and air matress in this room is 5 star on another site, and the complex turn off the water not me.... It's considered a act of God in Real Estate, lots of damage down stairs, he didn't care as long as he got what he wanted......don't go out of your way to help this guy or he'll expect more then what he pays for..
