I live in my 3 bedroom home in east hollywood with two permanent roommates who both work full time. I work part time outside and also do work at home on my computer set up in what used to be the 'breakfast nook' area...there is a dining room however and a nice patio setting out front of the house. I have wifi so you can sit outside and do work on your laptop if you desire. I am about a 200 feet from the bus stop on Melrose Avenue and there are small markets within a block or two of my house. I am very familiar with the area and Hollywood so I can show you around and give you directions for the metro rail to go downtown, to Hollywood and Highland, Santa Monica and the beach areas or Universal City and NoHO.

Additional Info

English is spoken in my house. I do not have an extra parking space behind my home at this time but I could allow you to park behind me if you have a rental car.

House Rules

Please use both locks on the front door when entering or leaving the house. Ask me if you need extra heat and/or blankets in the winter time or cooling fans in the summertime. The kitchen and refrigerator is shared by everyone in the house so please clean up after yourself! Do not invite strangers over--please ask permission if you have a friend coming over. I have a washer and dryer in the service room and I can show you how to use them.

Smoking is not allowed.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
