Hello! My name is Ehab. I am a down to earth and easy going guy. Currently living in LA, moved from New York, and loving it here. For work I am a Graphic/Web Designer.
Although my profile may seem new, I've helped other guests to find a safe and relaxing place to sleep. Now I've decided to create my own profile.
I've hosted a great diversity of people, from over the seas travelers to emerging artists looking for their big break. Each one of them have been a blast. Nothing beats the weather and vibe here and I'd be happy to make your experience amazing. I will do everything I can to make your stay as perfect and as comfortable as possible!

Great busy neighborhood located in the heart of Los Angeles with walking distance to 3rd street, The Grove and Fairfax in Miracle Mile and Mid-Wilshire. A short uber drive to Beverly Hills shopping. and just a few blocks from Melrose shopping center. Walking distance from major museums:

House Rules
I am very easy going, considerate, responsible and are looking for the same. I believe open communication is key to being a great host and building a great relationship with my guests.
I want you to feel happy and comfortable in my home!
- A copy of your ID or passport will be requested upon check-in.
- Quiet hours 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
- Check-out at 8AM but if you want to leave later, let me know.
- Please remove shoes before entering the house.
- No loud music.
- No drugs of any kind or excessive alcohol consumption.
- No parties and or visitors. Only guests on the booking are allowed in the apartment.
- If you lose and/or do not return the keys to the host upon checkout, you will be charged $100 to replace the lock.
- Be respectful to others.
- No smoking in the apt. (outside is ok).
- Kindly clean up after yourself so that we can keep cleaning fees low.
- I love pets but sorry they're not allowed in the apartment.
- You're welcome to borrow any of my travel books but please return it back where you found it.
- No YOU CANNOT receive mail to this address.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
