Mayra is a great host.
She helped us a lot to become familiar with the zone, and during all the six months she has been always available to assist us for every circumstance.
She helped us to find a new phone and a new SIM, she took us to see very wonderful places and she always gave us precious suggestions.
Her kids are really lovely and the other guest, Yuanyuan, is a great housemate!
The neighborhood is quite and safe! At walking distance you can find: more than one shops, some fast-food, a library and a park where you can run and train yourself with some gymnastic machines.
The house is also in a key point from a transportation point of view: in a 1 minute walking you can reach a metro stop where you can go to all the places in Los Angeles with maximum one metro change.
It is highly recommended buying the TAP CARD: it is a magnetic card that can be used to move all around Los Angeles at $1,75.
The position of the house is also perfect for USC students. The USC is at 40 minutes walking, 20 minutes with a bicycle and 10 minutes with the metro.
You can take the metro bus 204 paying $1,75 or the Southeast Dash paying $0,50. The last one drops you off before to reach the USC, at 10 minutes walking.
We can't imagine a better host, a better family, a better house and a better position. We're pretty sure you can't find a better quality/price relationship. Of course you can go in the wonderful Beverly Hills, but you'll pay 5 times more for a smaller space!
We would say thanks to Mayra for these amazing months, and we promise to come back in the future!September 2017
I strongly recommend this place.
Mayra is very hospitable, considerate and friendly.
There were many happy memonies. For example, once I was going to have a exam early in the morning, and Mayra offered to give me a ride, I am very grateful to her for this.
It was a very pleasant journey and I enjoyed a lot there.
Also the room is big and cozy, with all kinds of equipments a guest needed.Host reply
