She’s Perfect and her house beautiful ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I loved living with mayra, she is always very smiling and friendly. I felt like home. This house is superb is very well equipped. Quiet and family neighborhood
I suggest her to everyone because she is nice and kind, she takes care of you and gives good advice on what to do
I recommend her, a very good person!
Thank you for everything mayra.
It is an extremely friendly and warm family! Once you live in, you will be treated like one of the family members. Also, the host, Mayra, not only takes good care of her guests but also gives them plenty of useful tips. Super appreciate it!
She is amazing ! I haved learn lot of things about United States with her ! This family is beautiful, thank you for all ! You like a mom !
Mayra is a great host.
She helped us a lot to become familiar with the zone, and during all the six months she has been always available to assist us for every circumstance.
She helped us to find a new phone and a new SIM, she took us to see very wonderful places and she always gave us precious suggestions.
Her kids are really lovely and the other guest, Yuanyuan, is a great housemate!
The neighborhood is quite and safe! At walking distance you can find: more than one shops, some fast-food, a library and a park where you can run and train yourself with some gymnastic machines.
The house is also in a key point from a transportation point of view: in a 1 minute walking you can reach a metro stop where you can go to all the places in Los Angeles with maximum one metro change.
It is highly recommended buying the TAP CARD: it is a magnetic card that can be used to move all around Los Angeles at $1,75.
The position of the house is also perfect for USC students. The USC is at 40 minutes walking, 20 minutes with a bicycle and 10 minutes with the metro.
You can take the metro bus 204 paying $1,75 or the Southeast Dash paying $0,50. The last one drops you off before to reach the USC, at 10 minutes walking.
We can't imagine a better host, a better family, a better house and a better position. We're pretty sure you can't find a better quality/price relationship. Of course you can go in the wonderful Beverly Hills, but you'll pay 5 times more for a smaller space!
We would say thanks to Mayra for these amazing months, and we promise to come back in the future!
I strongly recommend this place.
Mayra is very hospitable, considerate and friendly.
There were many happy memonies. For example, once I was going to have a exam early in the morning, and Mayra offered to give me a ride, I am very grateful to her for this.
It was a very pleasant journey and I enjoyed a lot there.
Also the room is big and cozy, with all kinds of equipments a guest needed.
Mayra a wonderful lady , helpful , very kind , .....
she is not just a hostess , she is a best friend , she is like Mother members , she's like every good thing.
about the home it's very nice , clean and cozy , Very close to public transportation and easily accessible.
