THE PERFECT GORGEOUS HOLLYWOOD SILVERLAKE LOS ANGELES LAST-MINUTE WEEKEND GETAWAY!!!
Located in the heart of Silverlake, a beautiful, eclectic and artsy neighborhood. This airy and bright apartment is just a 2 minute walk to Sunset Junction with tons of delicious eateries, artisan shops and gourmet coffee houses. Also near to the famous Silverlake Reservoir with the addition of the Meadow, an open grassy space overlooking the water. Great place to have a leisurely lunch or take a relaxing stroll. One of the best Farmer's markets in all of LA on Saturday mornings and Tuesday nights.
I live on site and am able to offer guidance and help to guests. A light breakfast (coffee, bagels with jelly) is also available if you'd like to prepare it.
Great views of the Griffith Park Observatory and the Hollywood sign. Full kitchen and a cozy living room with a comfy couch that is perfect for a good book and an afternoon nap.
The 2nd bedroom is a musician studio mixing room environment with acoustic treatments (not sound absorption) on the walls that can also be used as yoga room, complete with a physioball, foam roller, massage balls! Just bring your own mat and have a nice quiet yoga or meditation session.
My Master Suite bedroom where I sleep and reside is located in the back portion of the apartment with a luxury tempurpedic California King bed.
Clean and well maintained. Onsite coin-operated laundry facilities. Plenty of street parking.
Conveniently located 3 miles from Downtown's Performing Arts & Museum District, 4.5 miles to Hollywood, 4.5 miles to Griffith Park Observatory, 6.5 miles to The Los Angeles Zoo.

This is a non-smoking household and is also vegan, so it is preferred that if you do eat meat or fish, you do it outside the residence so as not to affect the quality of my expensive pots and pans and cooking equipment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
