Hey there, I’m renting a private comfy room in a 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Hollywood; steps away from bus stations, many restaurants, a small supermarket, and a 2 minute drive from the Hollywood Walk of Fame (17 min walking, and a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the Hollywood/Vine metro station.
The room has a blasting cold AC, 55” TV, WiFi, Amazon Premium Video, Google home and all the amenities. You would have full access to the kitchen and you would share the bathroom with me.
I work in person in a law office, and from monday to friday I leave at 9:30am and come back around 7pm if I don't have plans after work. I spend 90% of the weekends at my boyfriend's, so I'm barely home. My boyfriend can visit sometime during the week, but we spend 90% of the time at his place. I may receive my mom from out of town once in a while, and once per month in average, I have a few friends over.
Sometimes I pet sit a friend's small dog that would be at my place during the week, and would go with me to my boyfriend's on the weekend. I'm allergic to cats, so unfortunately I can't have any cats in the house, but small size and friendly dogs (who get along with other dogs) will be considered upon request.
Street Parking, there are laundry facilities in the building.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
