Centrally located in a safe and nice neighborhood, you'll feel at home in my apartment. A completely private bedroom and bathroom with all necessities will be yours to make your stay comfortable and memorable.
The spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, and balcony will be shared with me.
I've been a host for over 7 years. I've made many friends from all over the world thanks to sharing my home, but I always give my guests their privacy and space and I expect the same in return.

About the Area
The apartment is on a quiet street just off of Sunset Blvd. It's such a nice neighborhood that people walk their dogs on these streets and you can access many stores on foot which is not common in LA.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
There is a refundable $500 security deposit. The security deposit, as well as the payment for the stay, can be made through PayPal, Venmo, check, bank transfer, or cash.
There is a $60 cleaning fee, which is deducted from the security deposit.
The prices are for single occupants. An additional guest is $15/night. The room can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

Mr. Lucza deserves the ABSOLUTE best rating! I stayed here for 3 weeks, and it was a pleasure. I felt safe the entire time and he is beyond sweet! I really recommend staying with him and his amazing place. Even having a car was no problem because there was always parking on the street. Thank you for a great home-away-from-home and being such a wonderful human!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
