Wake up in a sun drenched room after a peaceful night in a wood-framed bed surrounded by antique furniture. The sunny 2nd-floor bedroom in this 100-year-old home also boasts a walk-in closet, many windows, and ensuite bathroom. There is a mini refrigerator in the room, as well as coffee maker and hot tea kettle. We do not offer our guests use of the kitchen except the use of the microwave and dishwasher.

Larchmont offers a small-town feel within the big city, an urban oasis of historic homes. Jog the tree-lined streets and take a leisurely walk to Larchmont Village for shopping and dining. The central location is close to Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

House Rules
- All guests must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination prior to booking.
- We try to respect the environment as much as possible, i.e. recycling, water usage etc.
- We expect our guests to limit their noise out of respect to others. Guests may enter and exit at any time, however, after 10:00 PM we would like the house to be quiet.
-Only confirmed guests may enter the property. Visitors are not permitted.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
