We wish to share our life and home with young people and to exchange experiences, ideas and cultures.
Our apartment is in an EXCELLENT West Los Angeles location! A quiet residential neighborhood very close to the UCLA Westwood and Kaplan campuses.
It is within short walking distance of the Westside Pavilion Shopping Mall and lots of restaurants and the Landmark Movie Theater. 5 miles/8km to the beach.
One block from bus lines with short rides to Santa Monica College, Santa Monica Third Street Promenade and Santa Monica Pier, UCLA and Westwood, Century City, Beverly Hills and easy access to downtown Los Angeles.
The room has a high vaulted ceiling and a great view from the window making it feel really open. It is set off in its own suite with a door opening into a private hallway and then doors to the bathroom and bedroom. It is extremely private.
Our apartment is on the top floor of a three story secure building and extremely safe and secure.

About the Area
Our house is a great location if you want to stay in Westwood. Don't worry as soon as you complete your booking and pay your deposit online you will get an email with our exact address.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
HOUSE RULES
• We will make and keep a photo copy of your passport for the duration of your visit.
• NO VISITORS ALLOWED inside the premises.
• NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
• NO DRUG USE
• No smoking
• No drinking
• Shut/close the doors gently.
• Watch your footsteps. We have neighbors living downstairs who complain of noise.
• Turn the lights off when not needed and overnight.
• Lower you voice conversation after 9PM.
• Lower No loud music.
• No cooking allowed.
• Clean the kitchen and wash your dishes after use.
• Empty your bedroom and bathroom trash cans into the main one in the kitchen.
• When coming home late please don’t make any noise outside or inside the premises.
• Let us know of your schedule, when you plan on leaving and when you plan on coming home. Call us if you will be later than normal.
• For breakfast we will have cereal and milk, oatmeal, peanut butter and jelly toast and bananas or other fruit available.
• Dinner will be served between 6PM and 7PM. If you can’t make it let us know if you want us to make a plate for you that you can heat up later or if you will make other arrangements for dinner.
• Our housekeeper comes every other Monday. She will wash and dry the clothes in your hamper and put them away. She will wash and change your bedding. She will clean your bedroom and bathroom. She is here from 9AM to 2PM and it is best if you are not here when she is here but if it can’t be helped that is OK.
• In general be courteous and respectful of us and our property and we will do the same for you.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
