I live in beautiful Miami Springs, only a couple of miles from Miami International Airport, 10 miles from Miami Beach , 8 miles from Dolphin Mall and 5 blocks from Miami Springs golf course. My home is located at a dead end street and it has access to nearby restaurants.
This is a shared home so expect to see other guests as well as myself around the house.
Looking forward to be as much help to my guest as I can be and make them feel at home.
I may not always be around but I encourage my guest to text me should they have any questions or concerns.
Also, I do not provide breakfast, but you are welcome to have complimentary coffee or tea. Laundry is available for a fee of $10 for normal wash and use of dryer.
I also provide airport pick up or drop off for a charge of $15.

Please lock top lock ONLY once inside home (the lock that controls keyless entry).
Street shoes are not allowed in the house so please bring slippers. When entering the house please remove your shoes and leave it in the foyer.
Please leave bathroom door completely open after using it.
When leaving home please make sure to turn off any lights including ceiling fans and lock front door by pressing the lock icon on keypad.

Very friendly hostess - so nice to meet Thais and I would stay with her again! House is very clean and open. Just note that the rooms are not ''typical'' bedrooms with doors, but rather open areas - not a hindrance to me but some might like to know.

Hello Maria... You booked the black futon couch in the piano room and it is listed as partial privacy so I am not sure why you wrote that my bedrooms do not have doors which couldn't be farther from the truth. To avoid any misunderstandings one should always read the descriptions of space and ask questions before booking. Thank you.

I am not one to do lots of writing...but I found the place adequate and the host to be accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation was quite good and is very close to airport what is really good for people who need it, but is bit far away from the beach and is sometimes noisy during the nights. (Approx 30 min by car) Thais is helpful and nice woman and recommended us many good tips and her home is still clean.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
