My home is single home located in a residential area, however we are nested in a prime location!
I have a studio attached to my house with private entrance and private bathroom. You have all the amenities need it for your stay! From super comfortable ikea mattress which lets you sleep in heaven, tv, wifi, all essentials included , free parking and of course the use of my backyard & swimming pool.
We welcome mostly couples or single guest, couples with kids must be no more than 1 and under 5 years, I offer a pack and play.

About the Area
Our house is located in Miami prime location. East side, only 10 minutes to the Biscayne Bay, Brickell , Coconut Groove, 5 mins to Little Havana famous Calle Ocho, 12 mins - 15 mins Downtown Miami, 15 mins to Wynwood, 15-18 mins to Miami Intl Airport , 12 mins to Coral Gables, and super close to Supermakerts, gas stations, restaurants transportation etc.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Check-in is anytime after 4PM

Be Nice or Leave.
NO SMOKING inside the Studio.
Smoking outside its permitted.
Do NOT unplug any appliance.
Take organic trash out everyday to prevent
unwelcoming bugs.
Please deposit organic trash into the Green Bin outside the house.
Take all extra trash, boxes and bags when checkin out into the Blue bin outside the house.
Leave fridge empty ( unless there are some not used stuff ;)
Leave fence entry door always closed.
make sure its well locked.
Do not move anything in the room, not moving tv, furniture etc.
Alteration of furniture appliances would be considered as a violation.
Do NOT leave lit candles, lets prevent fire.
Do NOT leave bathroom fixtures leaking water.
Do NOT leave lights on when leaving the Guest House.
Do NOT eat on the bed, keep liquids, makeup and anything away from the bed to prevent the linens/sheets get stains.
Do not use Towels/hand towels to clean your makeup or other facial products. I provide washclothes and makeup remover ;)
Do NOT use the extra sheets or/and towels that are folded on your the top of the closet, if you had an accident like water spilling please contact me to provide a change.
Park your car always in the designated area.
Do NOT bring extra people to the Guest suite or Backyard.
Keep enviroment cool, any bad behavior will end
in termination of your stay.
Remember this is a family home.

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
