We live in a nice, bright and spacious home located in a gated community with public transportation within walking distance. Shopping, gym, restaurants and more are close by too. We are easy going, respectful and love to help international students when they stay in our home. We have been hosts for over 12 years and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We have 3 bedrooms available for our hosts . No meals included. Kitchen is not included but we have a separate refrigerator and microwave for you to use during your stay. You will be happy, safe and comfortable staying with us. We look forward to meeting you soon. Thank you for allowing us to be your home away from home.

Meals included: sled prepared continent al breakfast 7 days a week. Home made dinner Monday thru Friday can be arranged for an additional charge. Transportation can also be provided for an additional fee.

House Rules
Good manners are a big plus. No smoking inside the house, treating each other with respect and no foul language is very important to us. Quiet time after 10pm. Laundry usage is once a week with a full load of cloths. Having curtesy with one another is always the key to a great stay.

It was a wonderful experience staying with Monica and her sporty laid back husband, In Miami. The house was just beautiful with a fantastic private backyard! The house was impeccable clean , you can eat of the floors! My room was on the second floor , as I walked in the front door I could walk right up to my large and spacious bedroom with beautiful hard wood floors!! My bathroom was right outside my bedroom door. It was beautifully tiled and a great shower! The home is in a gated community with other beautiful homes that was well planned. I felt very safe at all times and slept like s baby . I had several good golf courses to play on within 10 miles. Also, The Cooperstown Everglades ride and Miami Zoo we’re close by. I enjoyed both experiences. I would strongly advise any single traveler to stay at this beautiful home on your visit to Miami. I saved a lot of money compared to the $250 a night quoted down me for being nearer to the waterfront!

Friendly family, simple rules to follow, good English level, available if you need advice. The room is great and clean. Nothing wrong at all. I really enjoyed staying with them.

I stayed here for a month.
The Botero's family have been very warm and welcoming since the day I moved in. They are willing to accommodate to your needs to make sure you are comfortable with your stay.
Their home is beautiful and really spacious which has big and comfy rooms. Tastefully decorated!
It's located in a gatered and safety neighborhood.I highly recommend this place if you are finding a place to stay in Miami!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
