One bedroom upstairs and your own bath for use in Westmost Upscale Midland Neighborhood. 5 minutes from Northwood University and Pere Marquette Rail Trail/bike trail which stretches to Clare, Michigan. Stone fireplaces, deck, cathedral ceilings, all for a nice retreat up north.

About the Area
Midland Michigan is the home of Dow gardens: Acres of beautiful landscapes streams, flowers and a waterfall. Quaint downtown area, minor-league baseball team, the Loons whose stadium was built by the same architect as Comerica Park. Quiet neighborhood located at the west of town. It is not uncommon on our street to see turkeys crossing the street with their young and deer. Just south of the Pere Marquette bike trail (old railroad trail) you can bike to almost any of the attractions or out to Lake Sanford, Coleman winery or Clare . Closest airport is MBS. Our subdivision borders the Northwoods campus. The Tittabawasse river is behind us a half a mile through the woods or down Dublin Rd when it becomes a dirt road. Home of the world famous Dow chemical Company. Sanford lake is 10 minutes to the west and has a beach in the county park.

House Rules
Non-smoking home. A Keurig is available for your use in the morning in the refrigerator will always have milk for cereal. We ask that you check in between 6- 9 PM and our home for the night by midnight. And check out by 10 the next morning . The upstairs will be yours exclusively during your stay and you are welcome to use the main floor living area, kitchen, deck, front porch and laundry room .
Smoking or Drinking Alcohol not allowed indoors.
Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
No pets allowed inside.
Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first.
Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay.
Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com)
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
