We live on a quiet street in a nice suburban town south of Boston. There are 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a spacious living & dining room with a eat in kitchen. We have a beautiful back yard where we hang out and enjoy some tasty bar-b-ques in the summer time. I enjoy cooking so you will get a chance to taste different types of food. We have a beautiful and friendly cat (Max) who has been with us for more than ten years.

About the Area
Our house is located on the south side of Boston in a safe and quiet suburb. We are 6 miles from down town Boston and 10 minutes drive from the airport. The bus & train is 5 minutes walk from the house and there are a number of bus options and trolley that connect to the train. The area has a number of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The host goes to bed around 10:30 p.m. If you are staying awake, we just ask that music and the television be turned down. Please be considerate of others when returning home after 11:00 pm.
Visitors are asked to clean up after themselves,
turn off lights and electronics when they leave the house
visitors must buy their own phone cards for international calls
no overnight guests allowed unless permission is given.
NO SMOKING in the house at any time. Visitors may smoke outside but dispose of smoked cigarette in the garbage outside and not on the yard.
Take off your shoes when you enter the house and you can have slippers
Smoking is not allowed.

Lillethe (and the boys) made my stay in Boston a memorable one. Lillethe found time in her busy schedule to not only help me navigate the transit system; but she also cooked me a wonderful meal. The boys bailed me out when I got stranded without phone access, so big thanks to them as well. I'm just looking for another excuse to go to Boston so we can visit some more. Springsteen...U2...somebody play a concert there! BTW, it helps to be a Patriots fan with Lillethe!

Lillethe is a great host, everything worked out fine! I had a car and needed a base for my stay, and this fit me perfectly. Easy access to freeways 93/95, a short drive from the airport. Milton is safe and peaceful, free parking was easy to find at any hour. In addition, if you want to go to Boston by public transportation, the Red Line end of the line stop (Mattapan) is only a 5-10min walk from the house, and you reach downtown Boston in 20 minutes.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Lillethe's home and she and her son Kevin were wonderful hosts. They made me feel very welcome, provided me with local information and Lillethe even took me down to the local trolley stop to show me how to charge up a transport card.
She and Kevin also helped me with posting a parcel back to Australia!
The room on the top floor was lovely and spacious and airy and sometimes I got to share my bed with Max the darling resident cat! For me that was a bonus!
The neighbourhood was quiet and public transport was a ten minute walk away and connections to downtown Boston were excellent.
I would certainly love to stay with Lillethe again if I get the chance and. I would not hesitate in recommending her homestay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
