I have clean, non smoking cosy rooms on the Upper Level of my home.
I also have a Non Smoking downstairs apartment***
****Families/group of 4-5 can request the 2 bedroom plus Sleep Alcove** Lower/Subteranian ( LL) of my family home*
** which has 2 double/Full size beds & 1 twin/single bed******small sitting area* can accommodate 4-5 persons in total.
Do you need a guestroom for 3 nights? 1 week? 3 weeks? Rooms with locking doors.
{Accommodation can sleep 2 persons in a room**except for the 1/2 room (Sleep Alcove has 1 single bed)
****Families/group of 4-5 can request the 2 & 1/2 bedroom Lower Level Crash-pad** which has 2 double/Full size beds & 1 twin/single bed******-
My home is clean, airy, carpeted bedrooms located on lower level of my home , space has full size/double bed, nightable, dresser in 1 room, small chest of drawers in smaller room, bedroom chair, Smart/Wifi TV, kitchenette, stainless steel fridge, cooking stove, electric kettle, toaster, microwave; cutlery, dishes, small internet work area.
Both the Upper Level & Lower Level of my home has a small sitting area*
** no facilities for pets/ animals of any kind***
Private entrance, free street parking. Please note, there's no Washer/ Dryer or laundry facilities in the accommodation; a Laundromat is 1 block away with 24 hour service, ( wash & fold)
Accommodation is non smoking.

The common areas, such as bath/kitchenette are shared space, so we request that everyone clean up after yourself.

Dominique and her husband are amazing and so kind, always asking how I'm doing and if I needed anything. The place is perfect and in great conditions, I didn't have a single issue. I would stay again with them 100% if I go back to New York.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
