Welcome to My Home in Bushwick, Brooklyn!
I’d love to host you at my apartment in New York. It’s located in Bushwick, one of Brooklyn’s most exciting and evolving neighborhoods. The apartment is spacious, with a huge living room, a big kitchen, and a cozy backyard that’s actually a rooftop—it’s great for relaxing and hanging out.
I live here and really enjoy the space and the neighborhood. It’s super convenient, with lots of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Bushwick is changing so fast, and there’s always something new to discover. Getting to Manhattan is easy, too—the L train and M train are just a short walk away, taking you straight to Union Square or the Lower East Side in no time.
Maria Hernandez Park is also just a few steps away if you want to enjoy some outdoor time.
I should also mention my cat, Lionel. He’s definitely the real owner of the place. He meows a lot and might ask you to open the door for him so he can wander out into the backyard.

About the Area
We’re in Bushwick, which, as Anthony Bourdain once said, is “the coolest neighborhood on earth.” It’s a lively, creative part of Brooklyn that’s constantly evolving.
Transportation is super convenient here. The L train and JMZ trains are both nearby, so getting to Manhattan or other parts of Brooklyn is easy. There’s also a Citi Bike station right across the street, and buses run frequently in the area.
Bushwick has so much to offer—there’s an amazing variety of bars and restaurants, and new places are opening all the time. The graffiti and street art scene is incredible too; it’s like walking through a giant outdoor art gallery.
This neighborhood has such a unique energy, and I think you’ll really enjoy exploring it!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
