Come up solo or bring friends and family to our unique and lovingly renovated estate! Our charming 1860’s farmhouse sleeps up to 12 (with room for more) and features over two acres of terraced gardens and two historic barns on a 10 acre property.
From skiing, hiking, lounging at the local lakes & rivers, biking on country roads, golfing, snowmobiling & ATVing to antique shopping, art galleries, delicious dining and craft beer & wine shops -- there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Kitchen & Living
-Large open living/dining/kitchen area featuring modern fireplace and multiple seating options
-Custom-built reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 12 (extra folding chairs are provided)
-Chef & baker’s kitchen with new appliances and soapstone counters with bar seating for 7
-Convection oven, dishwasher, 4 burner electric range, and full size refrigerator
-Other kitchen appliances include: microwave, toaster oven, blender, food processor, hand blender, french press coffee maker, stovetop espresso maker, popcorn maker, and tons of cook books to spark your taste buds!

-Expansive master suite with king bed, vaulted ceiling, ensuite bathroom, closet, and lounge area
-Sound insulated bunk room with 4 bunks, TV, and couch
-1 queen & 2 full bedrooms with closets
-Downstairs: 2 sleeper sofas, both queen sized

Please be respectful to the apartment and to the neighbors. Do not smoke inside (outside the building is okay), do not throw massive after-parties and please be clean in the living room and kitchen.

I had a great time in New York and in Bianca's appartment.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
