This is the Marriott Newport Coast Villas, an excellent timeshare resort on the Pacific Ocean bluffs. You will have an entire 2BR private unit for your stay.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There is a section titled "Additional Services" which as of August 2020 I am not able to edit. The services listed ARE NOT AVAILABLE AND THE PRICES ARE NOT CORRECT.
- We no longer offer pick up or drop off services
- The resort charges different fees (which are mentioned in the Rules section) and the cleaning fees listed below are not valid.
- We do not offer the meals which are listed, although this timeshare resort has more than one place to eat and drink on site!

Any payments not made through this website, we will email a Paypal Invoice where you will be able to pay by credit card, or you may elect to send a Personal PayPal transfer for 3% less if from a bank account.

House Rules
This 2BR 2BA timeshare resort condo is managed by Marriott in a very similar manner as a hotel. All their rules apply. Please note that while you will check in in a similar manner as for a hotel , there is no complimentary daily housekeeping. You have 3 options: 1) pay $40 to $80 each day you desire cleaning, 2) Use the washer and dryer to clean, 3) Usually housekeeping will bring clean towels and bed sheets to your door for free.
The room rate includes the following services: washing machine usage and internet access
Additional available services at an extra charge (payable directly to your host on arrival):
Regular room cleaning: 10.00 USD per day
Pick up service: 30.00 USD one-way
Lunch: 4.00 USD per person per night
Dinner: 10.00 USD per person per night

I stayed at Patty and Peter's apartment for 10 days.The room is always clean and it was like a small Hotel :) They always provided me breakfast and dinner,so kind people and gave me a lot of information.They have cute cat too.And this place is really convenient to go Disney land park :) I could go there about 15 min by foot.if i had opportunity to come in L.A.again, i want to stay and choose this host family again! :) Thank you Petty and Peter!!

Our first homestay experience and we were very satisfied! Peter and Patty were particularly welcoming and friendly. The place was quiet and well located (every accomodations).

Very nice host providing comfy, secure house with an extremely neat and tidy room ! Definitely feeling warmly welcomed and they are willing to share and interact. Especially love the meals they provide, delicious and healthy! Enjoying my stay so far:)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
