We have a large 3 bedroom home located in a upper class neighbor hood in Orange Hills with a amazing view of the City of Orange. It includes a den which can be another room, washer and dryer, large kitchen, 3 refrigerators, 1 large freezer, a large patio with a with a beautiful large patio table, barbeque, fire pit for marshmallows or s'mores an American tradition any kid/adult loves. We also have an avocado tree, lime tree and a mandarin tree on the other side of our home. We have and International Student from China. He attends Lutheran High School in Orange, one mile from our home. We have an Siberian Husky and a African Grey. We like to travel, ride our bikes, BBQ, he skis, I like to shop, bake and cook. I also speak Spanish and he also speaks French.
FORM OF PAYMENT: 50% payment once you book your stay. If you decide to cancel it must 15 days prior to receive a 25% back. Payment will be by bank transfer, cash or another payment method.

Orange Hills in Vista Royal, 5 minutes to The Village Mall in Orange where bus transportation is available. 10 minutes from the main Orange Library. 15 minutes from Disneyland, 20 Minutes to Huntington Beach or Pacific coast Highway to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach. Honda center and Angel Stadium10 minutes away.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
A 100% payment is due once we book your stay. If you cancel, it must be 15 days prior your arrival to receive 25%. Please pick up after yourself in kitchen, bathroom and patio. You can use ice chest and beach towels. No parties. VERY IMPORTANT please park on street in front of house plenty of parking. On Tuesdays please move your car on drive way street sweeper hours are 7:00AM to 11:00 - they WILL TICKET YOU!! We are not responsible. Reminder a 100% payment is due once we book your your stay. If you cancel, it must be 15 days prior your arrival to receive 25%.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
