Home in a quiet new community in the suburbs near attractions and the airport. We are a family of 3, my husband and my son who is in high school. We have 2 extra bedrooms available for guests and for people who wants to visit Orlando, Florida. It is a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood that all you hear is the sound of the birds. Watch the sunrise in the front porch while enjoying your coffee. We have ample space to park your car. A separate bathroom is for guests use only. The community has a pool if you want to take a plunge. Let me know if you have questions and I'll be happy to get back to you as soon as I can.

About the Area
The community is on the east side of Orlando , 20 minutes away from MCO airport, 30 minutes from downtown Orlando and 30 minutes from Disneyworld. It is just 3.5 miles away from the freeway. The house is brand new in a new community. Very quiet and very clean neighborhood. We have ample parking for a car on the street in front of the house and from the long driveway. It's nice to go on a walk or ride a bike around sidewalks and streets around the neighborhood.

House Rules
Keep your room clean and tidy.
Do not cook, or keep food in your room.
Do not leave any wet clothing or towels in your room.
Do not stick anything to the walls. If you wish to hang anything, see your host.
Ask your homestay family if you need extra blankets if you are cold or a fan if you are hot.
Always try to keep the noise level at a point where it doesn’t upset other family members or their sleep.
Visitors are not permitted and are not allowed to sleep overnight.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
