Cozy home in quiet neighborhood near the beach. Watch the sunset, hike, and walk along the beach. Come and enjoy the warmth of my home. Cozy room with full-bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen use, with free wi-fi and cable tv. Secluded garden for quiet evening contemplation or out-door dining. Take long walks, hike, go surfing and enjoy this tranquil beach along highway 1. Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer and bicycle.
Bring your surf board and enjoy abundant surfing throughout your stay. Guests are welcome to keep their surfing equipment in my garage.

Less than 5 minutes away is the bus-stop for the buses going to Linda-Mar Beach and Shopping Center. The bus-stop cross highway 1, takes you north to the Serramonte Shopping Center and BART station.
15 minutes North on Hgwy 1 to Hgwy 280 and your in the heart of San Francisco. 45 minutes to San Jose; North on Highway 1 to Highway 101 going south.

House Rules
I work from home so please be respectful of noise levels.
Please remove your shoes at the door. I have an hand-crafted oriental rug in the living room that is difficult to clean.
Please no extra house guests. Please be considerate of TV and noise levels past 11pm in the house and with our neighbors. No smoking. No parties.
Please strip the sheets/pillowcases and duvet cover off of the bed at the end of your stay.
House is thoroughly cleaned between guests, but please be respectful of our home by putting all trash in the trashcans provided, and cleaning up any spills or dropped food promptly.
Please leave my home the way you found it and clean up after yourself.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
