We are two retired seniors.We have two married sons ages 38 and 36 who live with their family within a distance of 2 miles from our house. We have a great 4 bed room 3 bath house, we offer large private bedroom with queen size bed, chest of drawer, study desk, and large closet.We have been hosting students from China for last 3 years. They have graduated and off to college. We offer daily break fast and dinner and all three meals on week ends and holidays. We also offer maid service twice a month. We live in one of the most affluent pockets of South Bay in Los Angeles, 12 miles south west of LAX. We have high speed Internet service. Our backyard has a park setting

Our house is located in one of the most affluent pocket of Los Angeles beach cities, in a quiet & safe suburb. Located 12 miles south west of Los Angeles Airport & 2 miles from the city center and shopping mall with excellent dining cuisines, movie theaters and art center. Within 4 miles from the biggest mall in Los Angeles Some of the Best Beaches within a 5 mile radius

House Rules
No Loud Music at all times. Daily check in by 10:00 PM and weekend by midnight. Cars should be parked on the side

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
