Location, Location, Location! This unique, spacious apartment is located directly in the heart of center city and within a block of Rittenhouse Square. All the trendy restaurants, shops, and attractions are at your doorstep!
About me:
I am a technology professional living and working in the city for the last 8 years.
The Space
You will be staying in the guest room of my two bedroom apartment. The apartment boasts hardwood floors, central air, a full kitchen with all appliances, laundry unit, cable and Wi-Fi.
Guest Access
Feel free to use anything in the common area during your stay.
Interaction with Guests
I work full time during the day, and usually have activities during the nights and weekends. I will be available to address any issues with the apartment, and offer recommendations, maybe even grab a drink, but I will always respect your privacy.
The Neighborhood
Located conveniently in the heart of center city, you will be close to Rittenhouse park, and many options for shopping, fine dining, nightlife, and pulic trasportation.
This is one of the most affluent and safest neighborhoods in the city.
- One block from Rittenhouse park and restaurant row.
- A five minute walk from suburban station, liberty place and City Hall.
- A ten minute walk from the Convention Center, Avenue of the Arts, the museum district, and 30th st. Station.
-A quick cab ride from Independence hall, University city, Fairmount park, and Old City.
Getting around
The apartment is 3 blocks from Suburban station for trains and subways. There is a train line that runs directly to and from the airport.
Also, it is within a block of multiple bus lines and has easy accessibility to cabs.

This apartment is located above a restaurant. During the weekends, it may get noisy.

House Rules
I'm pretty laid back, but I do have a few house rules.
1) no smoking.
2) keep your personal belongings in the bedroom, and the common area as neat and tidy as possible.
3) lock the deadbolt upon entering or leaving the apartment.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
