Listing is for 1 Guest Bedroom that has Queen Bed w/ super comfy mattresses, luxury bedding and pillows, cei;ing fan and is adjacent to a private bath in more secluded area of the upstairs. It is seperated by a barn door, that closes off that hall from the rest of the upstairs. One other family member has a room nearby. They are rarely home and do not use the private guest bath. There is a coffee/tea bar and a mini fridge, in the guest room. No TV in Room. High Speed WiFi available to use with your own device.

About the Area
3500 sq ft home is owned by an Interior Designer/Contractor. There is a game room w/pool table, DR, Kitchen and FR w/ Big Screen TV, garden backyard with fish pond /2 dogs. Coffee and Tea is provided for guests in your private wing area. Home is located close to Hwy I-17, close to theater, restaurants, hiking trails. We are 2 miles from Ben Avery and 10 miles from Lake Pleasant.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We prefer dog lovers since we have two. One is a beautiful German Shepherd... Layla and the other is a our sweet little guy, Jake who is a small Rat Terrier. Neither of which are ever allowed in guest rooms.
Guests can use the Back or Front yard patios, pool table in game room with fireplace and garden backyard with fish pond /2 dogs. Coffee and Tea is provided for guests in room and there is also a small refridgerator in the closet. Your private-adjacent full bathroom is behind a barn door which closes off the small hall to the guest rooms upstairs.
Our 31 yr old daughter also lives here. She is rarely around and does not use the guest bathroom adjacent to the guest bedroom.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
