Furnished bedroom rental for one person ONLY - you will be sharing the house with 3 other people. Beautiful and completely remodeled 2088 sq. ft., 5 bedroom/ 3 bath house with full use of the kitchen, living room, laundry and covered patio. You will be sharing a large bathroom with a double sink with one other person. Great location in a safe, quiet neighborhood by Dixieland and New Hope, 5 minutes from Hwy. 49 and the mall. The rent is $500 plus $50 per month for utilities including high-speed internet and laundry including laundry detergent. It has a huge backyard with covered patio, hot tub, firepit, gas BBQ and smoker. Smoking outdoors only. One month minimum. NO PETS! $650 moves you in: $500 rent + $50 for utilities.

About the Area
My house is located 5 minutes from I-49 and the Promenade Mall. There is a convenience store within walking distance and a Neighborhood Market 5 blocks away. The is a public park across from the convenience store. Beaver Lake is 20 minutes away. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood. The Rogers Police and Fire Department are 5 blocks away.

House Rules
No smoking indoors. I have a covered patio for you to use. The bed is a queen size with an extremely comfortable foam mattress with a gel topper. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 6:00AM. I have high speed internet, but if you do excessive streaming additional charges may apply. The house has central heat and air and there is a ceiling fan in your room. Laundry, laundry detergent, TV, hot tub, BBQ and smoker are available for your use at no extra charge. There is a full size guest refrigerator and kitchen cabinet space for you to use. It is a fully equipped kitchen.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
