Hello (안녕하세요),
I'm a mother of two children with a loving husband. We are doing this Homestay to meet new people and learn about your culture while we teach you about our culture. We have hosted a student once and are excited to continue to do so. Our interests and hobbies are GOING TO DISNEYLAND and doing activities with our children! We are season pass holders and if you ever have the time we would love for you to accompany us. We have a bus station very close to our home. We are very central to the Bay, the Beach, SeaWorld, University of San Diego, Old Town, Downtown, and so much more! We go to church on Sundays but you are not obligated to come along unless you want to. light breakfast is included and we can provide all meals at an extra cost if needed. We will always welcome you to come along with whatever we do, but you will need to pay for your entrance to anything we might do. I hope you decide to stay with us!

About the Area
Our home is very central to anything you would want to do in San Diego. We are 2 minutes from USD, about 5 minutes from Old Town & Fashion Valley mall, less than 8 minutes from Mission Bay, SeaWorld, and about 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
