We are a seasoned hosting family married couple with one child. We will make you feel at home from the get-go. Yet, you will have your independence and privacy in this well-accommodated and comfortable queen size bed room with a full private bathroom.
Our backyard is yours, it is delightful and calm yet in the heart of Clairemont, which is central to all freeways and just a few steps from buses and grocery stores.
Dogs lover Welcome! Our dogs are hypoallergenic, small and very sweet.

About the Area
Our home is located Central San Diego. It is a quiet family oriented neighborhood and very safe. Yet, you are close to Beaches, Downtown by bus... few blocks away walking to grocery shopping, park. The bus is only 4 minutes away from home.

Excellent stay here in San Diego. Sandrine and her family were wonderful. Very friendly and warm people. They gave me my space but were always interested in chatting if I desired it. The room was plenty large and had everything I needed. Location was close enough to downtown SD to be convenient but far enough away so as to avoid the busyness of it all. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I have been hosted by Sandrine and her family during one month and it is absolutely recommendable! They're so friendly, generous and likeable that you will feel welcome and at home immediately. The house is great, cosy and Clairemont area is quiet.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
