Recently remodeled, this 4BR/2BA rental features panoramic views across Mission Bay, a spacious interior and a premier location close to shops and parks.
Inside you'll find quality finishes throughout, including wood and stone floors, granite countertops and a new heating and A/C system so you can relax in blissful comfort no matter the season.
Enjoy breathtaking natural beauty and firework displays from a vast backyard, where kids will love to play. The outdoor fire pit, perfect for late night conversation or evening s'mores, is a favorite among guests of all ages.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
With two living areas and a huge backyard, there's plenty of space for a large group - or a small group who likes to spread out!
In an airy main living area, you can take in panoramic views over Mission Bay from large windows or through the sliding doors out to the yard. Enjoy a plush L-shaped couch, 55" wall mounted flat-screen TV and electric fire for chilly evenings. And for those who want some time away from the group, there's also a second living area with a couch and two large armchairs to settle into and enjoy the serenity.
Recently remodeled and featuring stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry and granite-topped counters, the kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. For casual snacking, hop on one of the bar stools along the island and grab a quick bite.
For sit-down dinners, a glass dining table seats 6 inside. When the weather's too nice to stay in, take your meals to one of two outdoor living spaces. The first features a BBQ grill and seating for 4 while the second has seating for 6.
At the end of the day, there are four spacious bedrooms ready to receive you. The master has a Cali King bed, there are queen beds in the second and third and kids will love the fourth bedroom with a twin bunk over full sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms are remodeled with walk in showers and granite vanities. So I'm renting two bedrooms out of four bedrooms, I'm currently living in the property with my two lovely daughter. Thanks

About the Area
OUR LOCATION
Those panoramic views of Mission Bay are only the first hint of the beauty you're about to experience. It's less than a mile to the Bay itself, where you can explore acres of scenic beaches. There's surfing and kite boarding out on the ocean, as well as kayaking and paddle-boarding in the calmer waters of the bay.
Once you've worked up an appetite, head down Grand Avenue for your pick of excellent restaurants and casual eateries before heading back to the rental to plan the next day's adventures. And if you feel the need to explore even further, the highway's just a short drive away.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
