Hello! We live in sunny San Diego, California about 10 minutes to local beaches and across the freeway from San Diego State University as well 15 minutes from University of San Diego. Renovated home in 2011 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with a beautiful yard where we have a 7 year old chocolate Labrador named Zeus, 6 year old cat named Sterling and an 85 year old Tortoise named Patrick.
We have a daughter that is full of excitement to meet new people, try new things and adventure this beautiful city.
*Home has gone through furniture changes, a larger solid wood bed with a queen mattress has been placed in the private room. In addition a larger more plush sectional is now in the living room as well a 70" mounted flat screen TV for use.*

About the Area
Allied Gardens is a beautiful area full of families young and old. Located 10 minutes east of any local beach as well about 20 minutes north of the Tijuana, Mexico border. This area has 2 large walking distance parks with recreational areas including workout equipment and trails. Our home is 3 miles from Mission Trails Regional Park, Cowles Mountain. Cowles Mountain is the approximately 7,000 acres with the highest point in all of San Diego, at 1,592 feet with breathtaking, full 360 degree views of all of San Diego, including local beaches and surrounding mountains. A perfect place for hiking, mountain biking, walking animals, bird watching and enjoying the outdoors.

Meals

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
