Our house is a comfortable home with a nice sized bedroom and private bath for a student.
It is located in Escondido, but with easy access to the 15 freeway.
The bedroom comes equipped with a desk for studying, large closet and ceiling fan.
The kitchen can be used as well as the dining room.
Palomar College and San Marcos College are the two the closest college's near our home.
A car is required.

About the Area
Our house is located in north San Diego, within 4 miles from Safari Park,
San Diego Zoo.
We are about 35 minutes from the airport and a 10 minute drive to the nearest mall, with many restaurants and shops. There is a farmers market open daily within 5 minutes from the house, where one can buy fresh veggies and fruit.

I had an amazing stay here. Paul and Cheryl were extremely accommodating and greatly enhanced my experience in San Diego. They were very generous with their time to give me advice about things to do around town, buying groceries & gas, and getting around in the area. The house is in a nice spot and is very pretty and clean. I would easily recommend staying here to anyone looking for housing in this area.

I did have a wonderful experience with Chery and his husband they are two people down to earth , peaceful and friendly. I was very comfortable , they were very helpful and with great hospitality. The house and my room were very clean and really so clean then hotel and you have everything like towels everything and the most important so calm and you have special bathroom you don't have to go outside the room

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cheryl and Paul are kind and always willing to help you. Also, the place was pretty and clean. Overall, it was a great experience!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
