Hello, we are a family of three. We live in the heart of San Diego, California. We live very close to many universities and colleges (San Diego State University, UC San Diego, University of San Diego, etc..) the beach and downtown San Diego. We have two very friendly dogs, a border collie and a golden retriever. The room available is very spacious, it has a desk, dresser, bed stand, and a smart TV. We have WiFi, Direct TV, laundry, and a treadmill. We are very friendly and would love for you to stay with us.

Our house is located in the heart of San Diego. We are minutes away from the beach, Sea World, malls, and Downtown San Diego. We are also minutes away from San Diego Mesa College and the bus stop to San Diego State University, University of San Diego, and University of California San Diego.

I had to work and study every day in San Diego. I was busy. Clairemont is very nice if you are able to drive. If not, you have to take the bus and the trolley to go to San Diego. Sundays the last bus to Clairemont is going at 9.30 pm... Thanks for bed and breakfast.

Fantastic family. Great communication. Jerry was a very nice person, he helped me in many things. One of which he allowed me to keep my bike in his house even after I left. It was my pleasure staying with them and I would definitely recommend him to any future guests.

I stayed almost a week at jerry home , and it was great . They were nice and kind , and the bed was so comfortable . I will come again if I come back to San Diego

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
