We live in a 4 bed 2 baths house in beautiful and sunny San Diego, we live in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We have one adorable and friendly golden retriever his name is Chavo, our house is only 7 miles from downtown San Diego and the bus stop is only 2 blocks from the house, bus #12 will take you to the majors ESL schools in downtown.. There is a nice backyard in our house with a BBQ area, hammock to relax, two bicycles, which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay. We've been hosting students for about 4 years...we hosted students from Indonesia, Japan, France, Turkey, USA, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Italy, India, Spain..., We love to get to know about different cultures, we like to cook health meals, we like to walk or jog on the beach, park...., Our house is always clean, so we need students that are happy about life and will help us maintain everything so fresh & so clean! It will be a pleasure to have you with us... We hope to see you soon!!!

House Rules
Hello dear guests.... The rules of the house are very simple!!!! if you use a dish... wash it right after...if you get anything dirty....clean up right after!!!!, You can use the microwave and toaster to warm up whatever you want!!! make coffee....tea. Pretty please let's keep the bathroom always clean!!!!.
Please... No party, No friends sleep over, No loud music after 10PM Please...
Showers max 10 minutes.... california water SAVE.... Thanks....Let's help the planet!!!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
