Beautiful new home in an exclusive and safe gorgeous gated community!! Fountains, trees, mountains, shopping, close to the beach and the heart of San Diego! We are lucky to live in a large gorgeous 7 bedroom home with a large courtyard and backyard. There is a lake near by and we live close to the Olympic training center. We have a beautiful chef kitchen, 2 large living areas, hiking in our backyard, trails for walks, and love the beach! Our family loves to enjoy the very best San Diego has to offer!! We are a happy, friendly, and very outgoing family.

Beautifully decorated bedroom for those with good taste. The home is a 7 bedroom home in an upscale neighborhood. The community is gated. The guestroom is very very clean!!! Private vanity and sink connected to bedroom. Beautifully furnished with large bed and dresser and mirror.

About the Area
Our house is located in the city of Chula Vista. We are approx. 15 minutes south of the heart of downtown San Diego. We live in the newer part of the city. Our community is very prestigious and gated. Close to beautiful San Diego Beaches, the Bay, shopping, restaurants, hiking, fishing, the mountains for hiking or biking, Sea World, Disneyland, the Zoo, Legoland, Downtown San Diego, Mission Beach, Old Town, Balboa Park etc..We are 15 minutes north of the US/Mexico International border. We are 5 minutes from Otay Lakes and the Olympic Training Center. We live close to mountains and are 25 minutes from beautiful beaches like Coronado Island.

Please respect our things and bedroom privacy. Also important to keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering or leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen and please clean up after! Keep noise to a minimum after 9:30 pm. Please never invite strangers to our home. If you would like to invite a friend check with me first. Please enjoy your stay in our home and enjoy visiting San Diego.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
