Thank you so much!!September 2019
Rusty is one of the greatest person I have ever met. He is a very active, positive and happy guy. He took me everywhere and helped me about everything. His personality makes my stay awesome. Also, His partner Abby makes it comfortable. She is so lovely dog.
The house and room are very clean. You can have a good personal time with a comfortable bed and a TV in your room.
As for the location, there are bus stops by the house so it is easy to go to everywhere by bus.
If you were wondering a place to stay in San Diego, I highly recommend to chose this house. I’m sure you will love them and have a great time like me.
Thank you Rusty and Abby. I will never forget the beautiful days. I’d love to see you again...February 2018
Rusty si a great host, and a great person. He is always willing to help you. The house is always clean, and he has a really pretty and good dog.
I really enjoyed my time there, and I completely recommend to rent that room in his house.January 2018
Rusty is one of the happiest persons I´ve ever met, therefor it was a stay with a lot of laughing and joy. The house is very cosy and the lovely dog Abbey makes it even more comfortable. Rusty provided me a lot of insider advices, which places are worth to visit and when he has got time, he get me some lifts to awesome places and Show me some of his Kind friends. He has a lot of friends and is often on tour, so plan your stay to keep yourself busy.
After all Rusty is rather like a friend than a host and I would always choose him again for my stay in San DiegoOctober 2017
Are you looking for something special in your life? If you are moving to San Diego your first accommodation should be with Rusty.
He is arguably one of the best person I never met: considerate, thoughtful, generous and above all very reliable.
The House is nestled in a nice area close to North Park: 1 minute to the bus station, restaurants and markets: inside you will find everything you need: a tidy bathroom, a comfy couch in the living room, an equipped and bright kitchen. Your room will be eventually your secret piece of heaven where to spend happy days.
Whatever your plan is, you are going to find a roommate, a friend, a father.
Please, feel free to email me for any further recommendation.March 2016
This guest awarded the host 5 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.

I stayed with Rusty during my studying English in San Diego.
It didn't took me that long time to find out he is the nicest guy in SD.
It was my first time to live in US, so he helped me a lot to adjust myself to US life.
He took me some awesome places and explain good places to me.
When I got something that I want to know, he did his best to let me know about them.
You'll see what I mean, even though I don't mention about it that much. And when it comes to neighborhood "North Park", I'm sure you must love it.
"North Park"... It means 'It is located northern side of **Balboa Park...**' OMG!
It is conveniently placed to go to downtown , beaches or anywhere.
Neighbors are as kind as him.
If you don't have a car, Never worry.
because bus stop is just around the corner, actually I didn't need a car.
What do I have to say more?If you want to spend your time beautifully, Happiness is right here.

I had a great moments staying in Rusty's place, nice location, great atmosphere, friendly neighbors, very nice people come visit him occasionally, all of them they were a moral support for me since i'm new resident in USA.
Rusty is a great person, hardworking, always smiling, teached me best practices to live in San Diego... Thank you Rusty i will never forget those moments.September 2014
Rusty is not only an amazing host but a friend... You can ask him everything you want and he will try everything to answer your questions... We even went to a horse race together and it was really fun... :) he took me to the beaches and to some restaurants and suggested a lot of good places which you have to see in San Diego... All in all, it was an amazing time... Thanks Rusty... :)
