Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm please
You are renting one room, and do not have use of the common areas, with the exception of kitchen, laundry and table to eat.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just approve it with me in advance
We do not allow smokers or any drug use.
No Pets.
You are responsible for cleaning the room and keeping it clean. There is a $150 move out fee for deep cleaning.
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

Erika and her daughter were welcoming and gracious hosts. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the proximity of the house to activities in San Diego is unbeatable. As a contract employee I try to limit my presence in someone’s home when I have to rent for an extended period of time, but Erika and her daughter always made me feel invited. I highly recommend Erika’s home to anyone interested.

They made me feel like I'm at home. Such a lovely family... A beautiful house , a big room and a big bathroom. I also discovered that the house is in a very convenient location; maximum 15 minutes away to everywhere in San Diego... I felt very much lucky for having been here. Thanks a lot!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
