About me: I’m a white nonbinary person in my late 30s, working in a community clinic. I've been working in health care for about 8 years and in the trades before that. I’m somewhat introverted and like to rest up after long days, but I really enjoy people, and am excited to get to know each other and build warm connections. I like to read, spend time in nature, make things out of wood or clay, cook for people and sing with my choir.
The bedroom: Primary bedroom, spacious and bright, over 11' x 13' with high ceilings, including a closet, 3' x 3 1/2' with overhead storage. The room is on the second floor, has gorgeous wood floors, two big windows and one small one, and a built-in electric heater. There are rustling trees outside the big windows and you can see the sun come up through a little window on the other side.
The house: The home is tidy and beautiful, two stories but not that big, with sweet queer and trans neighbors across the courtyard. It's tucked away from the street and is amazingly quiet, in terms of traffic and street noise. We access it through a funny underground trashcan alley, which leads to the little courtyard. There are lots of plants inside and out, and nooks to sit in. The house has wood detailing, a clawfoot tub, green things outside the windows, and a tidy and functional setup.

About the Area
About the area: We are right on several Muni lines, including the 24 and 48. It's a 10 minute ride on the 48 (or a 15 min bikeride, 20-25 min walk) to the 24th St BART. There are shops and groceries about 2 blocks away. There's a farmer's market nearby on Saturdays. We have pretty easy street parking, we just have to move our cars for street sweeping. It's less than a mile to the Castro and a handful of steep blocks to Dolores Park.
