Beautifully furnished 5 bedroom Executive Style Home to share. Gorgeous views and romantic sunsets. Great for entertaining. Very serene and private yet close to everything. Described as "Warm-Cozy and Happy, Comfortably Elegant", "Looks like a French chateau". Very Clean, sunny and cheerful. Large deck artfully decorated with potted plants, lounge chairs, water features. Great game room with pool table and big screen TV. Gourmet kitchen that would dazzle any culinary enthusiast. Beautiful gardens with redwood, bay and oak trees and fruit trees. I want to share home with myself and no more than 2 others.

About the Area
Our homestay is the perfect location when visiting San Rafael. Once you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We will send you a questionnaire that is required to be completed prior to providing you check in instructions.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over for the day notify me in advance.
No one, other than the persons included our rental agreement are allowed to stay overnight in our home. Notify me if there is any change to your original list.
If I agree for you to invite an overnight guest for a certain number of nights, there will be an increased fee associated (+$35) per night. This extra service must be requested and pre arranged. Please no sleeping on couches!! We will include an air mattress.
Please keep our home secure and lock the front and side door when entering and leaving the house. Lock windows when leaving.
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you.
Avoid food and drinks in the bedrooms. You will be charged for extra clean up if an accident were to occur.
Please no smoking of any kind inside our house! You may smoke out doors only. You must use ashtray provided outside for ashes and butts and clean ashtray after each use.
Please no aerosols such as hair spray etc….pump bottles is ok.
No illegal substances allowed indoors or outdoors.
Be VERY mindful and respectful to our neighbors! They live here and need a peaceful environment! No disruptive behavior.
Keep the noise factor down especially after 9pm and before 8:30am and week work nights. Neighbors are not on vacation and do need their sleep.
We want you to enjoy your stay however we will strictly hold you responsible to abide by our House Rules and follow our requests. We monitor our property closely. You will be asked to leave our home with no refund if you ignore our house rules! In addition you may be charged special fees or fines if damages have been established.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
